Visit and inspection of the newly established Bio Fertilizer and Bio Pesticide production unit of Larry Organics in Tura by Prof. Dwipendra Thakuria, Dean, College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (CPGSAS), Central Agriculture University, Umiam, today the 22nd May 2024. Larry Organics was established by Shri Biswambhor Moirangthem, agripreneur and proprietor of Larry Organics, through the facilitation of the Meghalaya Farmers' (Empowerment) Commission under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) and the technical support of both the State Bio Control Laboratory, Upper Shillong and the CPGSAS, Umiam. Well equipped with trained personnel and the latest technology, the unit has completed its trial runs and will soon be commencing commercial production.
