In a meeting on the 30th of May 2023, the MFEC report 2019 - 2023 along with the Buckwheat Global Showcase Report were presented to Shri. Conrad K Sangma, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Meghalaya, by Shri. K. N. Kumar, Chairman, MFEC and Shri. B. K. Sohliya, Executive Advisor MFEC. A number of topics pertaining to farmers' welfare and the growth of rural enterprise were discussed with the Chief Minister, who gave a patient hearing and his endorsement to many of them.
