A three day Management & Leadership Development Program by renowned trainer, Prof H. V. Bhatt, Ex-Director, IRMA, was organized by the MFEC for newly appointed Meghalaya Agriculture Service (III) officers on the 14th-16th November 2023 at The Habitat.
