A historic moment for farmers of Meghalaya with the signing of an MoU between BJBSI, Tokyo and the MFEC, in Shillong, for technical collaborations with Japan across various domains with special focus on buckwheat expansion, value addition, marketing and exports. The MoU will pave the way for buckwheat expansion across the North East and open doors for the potential exports of buckwheat and it's By-Products to Japan and east Asia.
