A watershed moment in the buckwheat history of Meghalaya - the entry and involvement of NABARD in buckwheat cultivation through the launch of the Farm Sector Promotion Fund (FSPF) for Buckwheat Cultivation through the office of the KVK, West Jaintia Hills.
