Calling out Permanent residents, Farmers, Local entrepreneurs, Graduates, and Postgraduates from Meghalaya to participate in establishing agricultural machinery hiring centers called “Centre for Agri-business & Technology through Entrepreneurial Resourcefulness (CATER)” for facilitating easy access to labor saving agricultural machinery for farmers in the state.
